😷 We welcome and support mask wearing in classes. Instructors will wear masks if requested.

👉 Do not attend classes if you are sick. We continue to sanitize hands at the beginning of class and sanitize the apparatuses every night, but to help keep everyone as healthy as we can - please do not come to class if you are sick.

If you are sick, you can early cancel from the class and find another class to do a make-up in. We can help if you are unsure of what class you can drop into, but you have to early cancel ( before the class occurs) that you are going to miss.
