More Party Info…
The event date will be secured once the deposit is made. Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the event date along with the list of participants in the event.
The specific class type must be decided at that time of booking and changes to the class type cannot be made after this time.
Registration for participants:
•Please have every participant register using Teamup - once they register they can sign up for the party. Specific instructions with direct link to your party will be given to you to send to participants to make it quick and easy.
•Parents can register their children as part of their family - in the future can enroll themselves or their child into classes or other private parties
•Every participant child or adult (of any age) will need to sign the PAR-Q form which can be found on our website in the studio forms page. (Participants under the age of 18 must have PAR-Q signed by their legal guardian)
•Parties run for 1 hour - each person on a silk .or other apparatus

When can we arrive?
The parents and participants may arrive 10 minutes early for set up, if necessary as we may have other classes or parties prior to your party.
All guests and participants must clear the studio within 10 minutes after the scheduled event.
Refund and Credit Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable. A Credit of the full payment minus the deposit may be issued if booking is canceled at least 14 days prior to the event. We cannot provide credit or re-schedule the event after this time. Credits must be used within 2 months of the original event date and can only be used towards another party.
What to wear?
Fitted shirt that covers underarms and shoulders, comfortable pants that cover knees, no zippers, shoes or jewelry please.
Please note that we go upside down, so will want to have a shirt that tucks into their pants.
Participants:
Please have all guests sign in at the front to make sure all waivers & Par-Q forms are completed upon arrival.
